HI LOVES, I’M CAMILLE!

I started my fitness journey about 4 years ago. When I first started, I was never consistent. I would go one day to the gym, and then fall off the next. It was almost like it was a chore for me to get up and get there.

That was the hardest part.

Even on the days when I did make it to the gym, I didn’t know where to start. I was always worried about my surroundings. I was self-conscious that people were staring at me due to me not knowing if my form was correct or not. Outside of the gym, I would obsess over counting calories and macros, and I was only eating roughly 1,100 calories a day.

I thought I was eating enough food, I didn't know any better back then.

It got to the point where I never wanted to eat out because I didn’t want to “ruin my progress.”

I thought I had to live this way in order to see the results. 

I was spending 2 hours in the gym with no sense of direction or clear plan of how I was going to achieve the results I desired. 

FAST FORWARD TO NOW, I AM NOW AT THE POINT IN MY FITNESS JOURNEY WHERE I’M LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE INSIDE AND OUT. I’M ENJOYING FOOD, TREATING MYSELF WHEN I WANT, BALANCING OUT THE GYM AND LIFE OUTSIDE THE GYM!

Through a lot of trial and error, I began to learn new things: exercises, form and what provided the best results.

The pivotal point in my fitness journey was when I decided to take the step in becoming a certified personal trainer. I was eager to learn more! I wanted to learn more of the science and how the body responds to exercise, etc. 


I’ve learned how to eat to fuel your body, the exercises, regimen and consistency required to reach your goals.


I’ve reached a point in my life where I want to share what I've learned through my journey.

I WANT TO HELP OTHERS JUMPSTART THEIR OWN FITNESS JOURNEY WITH THE INFORMATION I HAVE LEARNED THROUGH MY OWN TRIAL AND ERROR.

I WANT THEM TO HAVE THE CONFIDENCE AND TO BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES AND TO KNOW THAT FITNESS IS A WAY OF LIFE.

BALANCING IT ALL IS A KEY TO THEIR SUCCESS.

I find the most joy when my clients are working towards reaching their potential and conquering their goals. I could honestly say I don't know where I would be without fitness in my life. It really is more than fitness to me, it is personal growth, mental health, therapy, transformation, accountability, confidence, strength, and much more. I want to use my passion to empower and help others.
